We will have full access to the site for cosplayers and their handlers, photographers and videographers. The access fee also includes lunch. Special pricing has been arranged for this event. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS EVENT
- This is an operational business and there are a few minor limits as to where we can go on the property.
- While it is not a difficult place to navigate, you must be in physical condition to get around this property. There are not always clear paths and it is your responsibility to make sure you, and your equipment are safe at all times.
- You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 30 days before the event. After that, we you can receive a refund or credit only if we can fill your spot.
- We have scheduled the event date and rain date. If it weather forces us to postpone both days, we will reschedule another date. If you cannot attend the new date, you can choose to receive a refund or credit.
- Once you register, I will send you the location and details about the workshop including a list of recommended equipment and clothing.
- The cost of the this workshop covers the instruction and access to the location we will be photographing. It does not include transportation to and from the workshop, lodging, meals (except what is offered at the event), etc.
